Riverfront RFPs Right Direction

One might think that a local broadcast company is attempting to call the shots for the city — or worse, that the committee assigned by the city of Grand Rapids to review proposals for riverfront development believes it has the last word on proposals for the project. The elected officials of the city commission are the only individuals responsible for "killing" or advancing the work.
